Convert Shimadzu LCMS IT-ToF data to mzXML with Mass++

For users of the Shimadzu LCMS (IT-ToF hybrid), the following tool
will convert your .LCD data files to mzXML for subsequent use in TPP
and others.

This is the only way to do the conversion of Shimadzu .LCD files to
"open format" that I know of. According to the company, they will have
theor own conversion software available hopefully soon after the first
of the year.

Please if anyone knows of any programs that convert .LCD to the newer
mzML format, post the link here. Thanks to AC for the heads up on
this.
