Transform .SRF to .DTA & .OUT

Hi,
I usually like to export .SRF file by using TurboSEQUEST, because
the .SRF file is easy to move. But now I am using the latest version
of TPP which doesn't accept the .SRF files. Moreover, the BioWorks
software is now not available for me. So, is there any way to
transform the .SRF files to .DTA & .OUT files?

You can use mspire http://mspire.rubyforge.org/index.html to convert
SRF to pepxml format.
