Dear all,

I keep failing to convert my Thermo RAW files to the mzXML format with
the TPP. I paste my RAW files to the "c: / Inetpub / wwwroot / ISB /
data /" directory, select them via the TPP interface, press convert to
mzXML --> the whole process lasts less than a second and no mzXML
files are created.

I did some troubleshooting and it seems the command "c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin
\ReAdW -v --mzXML c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/20101101_my_data.RAW" is
directed to a folder (ReAdW) that doesn't exist in the tpp-bin
location. Plus I couldn't find the ReAdW.exe that supposedly does the
conversion.

Can anyone help me on this?

Details that might be relevant: I am trying to do the conversion in a
Win7 (32bit) machine. Thermo raw data were acquired in profile and
fragmentation scans in centroid modes. So I did use the option
"Centroid all scans (MS1 and MS2)". Of course, I tried without it with
no success.

Cheers,
Spiros
