Feature Addition to PIPE - Better dataset comparison operations

As per a request from another user at ISB, I've added both "Intersect"
and "Unique to" operations in order to allow fuller comparison between
two or more datasets.

On the data summary page (where all your datasets are listed), select
however many datasets you are interested in comparing (at least 2).
Clicking on these buttons will:

Intersect - return a dataset with items that are found in every
dataset that was selected.

Unique to - When clicked, you will be presented with a dialog box
asking you which of the selected datasets you are interested in
analyzing for unique data elements. Once you have made your choice,
the operation runs and returns a new dataset.

Combine - just does a simple union of all selected datasets.
