Trapper on Win64bit Problem

Hi,
I installed the Trapper on a WinXP 64bit computer, looks ok. But when
I start to convert a file from AGILENT's QTOF, with the ChipHPLC, I
get the following error:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an
unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more
information.

But a file of about 582MB is created, which I cannot open with
InsilicosViewer, Spectrum Header not found. Everytime to repeat the
procedure, a different file size comes out, slightly different.
We also installed TRAPPER on a Win XP32bit computer, and cannot run it
either, just does nothing. Do we miss some additional software/
drivers????
