Hi All,

I added a new feature to the PIPE as per a user's suggestion last
week. You'll find it in the "Operations" menu item. It is labeled
"Add GO Annotations". Using it, you are now able to retreive GO terms
based on their category (biological process, cellular component, etc)
AND by level (go levels 1 - 14). Also, and I suspect this will be the
most useful part of it, is the "Return most specific annotation only"
check box, which returns only 1 GO term per row, if at least 1 exists
in the database. This 1 item, is the most specific GO term available
for that row. The input is entrez gene id, so a column containing
entrez gene ids will have to be selected before you can perform this
operation.

The PIPE is found at the same place as before, http://pipe.systemsbiology.net/

If there are any questions, I'd be happy to help.

Hector
