so when i use
 from controller side:return  View("some")return  PartialView("some")
from view  side:#Html.RenderPartial( "some" );
view will try to  find at:
some.LANG.sparksome.spark

BUT when i place in spark view<use file="some" >i get in only from
some.spark  and not try lookup language specificfile.
