to Spanning Sync
I have been using Spanning Sync since January 2010 without any
troubles.
Suddenly about a month ago ical and Entourage stopped syncing. For a
short time Address Book and Entourage Contacts wouldn't work but after
resetting sync services in mac, addressbook was fine again.
I have tried many of the remedies available online. Even deleting the
sync services and starting fresh as per instructions on the Office Mac
website. Exported entourage calendar and deleting, then reimporting,
restarting sync services. Over and over and over again. After spending
many days and hours trying to solve this I have given up and hope that
you can help me.
I have already run the "create a report" so I can email it out as soon
as you tell me where to send it.
