I've been sending email and they all return as not recipient found

Just want to Change my googgle user acct

Hi,

I'm not sure why your emails are being returned. We haven't heard
from anyone else that this is happening and we are receiving support
emails from others. Are you sending the email to
sup...@spanningsync.com? If so, and they're not going through, send
the request to me and I will take care of the license transfer.
