I'm very sorry to hear that--how incredibly frustrating!
It seems there are two things to be done: first, to see if your data
can be recovered, and second, to determine with certainty that
Spanning Sync deleted it so we can prevent the same thing from
happening to other users.
Please immediately create a problem report (Advanced > Create report)
and send it to
sup...@spanningsync.com and cc: me personally at
charli...@spanningsync.com. Please include as much detail as
possible about what happened, including if possible exact titles and
date/times for deleted events. The report will contain a lot of data,
and using that we might be able to recover some or all of what was
lost. It will also help us determined what could have possibly caused
such behavior.
I know how maddening it can be to have the tools that are supposed to
help you instead stand in your way. And while I hope it wasn't
Spanning Sync that actually caused the problem, that's certainly a
secondary concern for you. Once we look into the report we'll be able
to determine if we can help recover your lost data.
