to Spanning Sync
Hi,
been a happy Spanning Sync customer for quite a while. I am using it
to copy over my work iCal up to a designated GCal. This morning i
noticed that my calendar was no longer syncing between iCal & GCal. I
have reset Spanning Sync numerous times. Recreated the GCal several
times. Nothing seems to work. Spanning Sync seems to believe that it
is syncing properly as i see no errors in the logs but it doesn't seem
to be receiving info from the Apple Sync Services as the sync happens
quite quickly despite there being many events in iCal.
Any ideas - i suppose reinstalling SpanningSync altogether is
something i haven't tried but i was hoping to avoid that!

Could you email us a troubleshooting report?
* Open the pref pane
* Click Advanced
* Click Create Report
* Email the file that appears on your desktop to
sup...@spanningsync.com
