Sync Not Functioning Properly

It seems that my Sync had not been syncing up lately so I did some
investigation. Not sure if it is common issue, but running Snow
Leopard (10.6.1), and having my update interval set at 10 minutes,
seemed to just keep the update process in a continuous loop. After
adjusting to anything above 10 minutes, it seemed to clear everything
up and all was well again. Just a bit of information I thought I would
share.
