...If you haven't already, log in to the webmail and under Options, enable more DNS Blacklists. I've got all of them enabled. I've seen an occasional message that gets through. Those get reported as soon as I check my inbox. AndrewB

Hi All, I've been given reports through my ISP that my web site's URL shortening service is being used in spam payload. The URL shortening service is provided to be easy to use. Can I suggest that the spam URLs are reported directly to me to sort out rather than use up my ISP's time? Can all problems related to my domain (s5h.net) be... more »

Spam via www feedback form

I am getting spammed via a www feedback form. The form will only deliver to specific addresses (all are mine) but it's clearly being done via some sort of scripting. The form-handler is a dedicated perl program, but I'm not fluent enough with perl to add much filtering to it. Of course if I report the spam to Spamcop - "nothing to do" because the... more »

Problem with mailhost setup for Cambridge University

For your attention and action please: When configuring a University of Cambridge (UK) email address, like not_an_addr...@cam.ac.uk, there are approaching 100 hosts/domains and relaying IPs that come up in the list. bad routing error: 174.133.163.x

trying to report spam from 174.133.163.0/24 and 174.132.36.0/24 gives a bad routing error and dev/nulls the report. ARIN says 174.132.0.0/15 belongs to the planet; spamcop seems to have cached some stale data.
