South Bend Mens Team for Down With The Clown!

[South Bend Ultimate]

Hey all,

 

I had a team drop today from the Men's division of Down With The Clown.  That puts the number of teams in that division at 11 teams.  That is a tough number for scheduling purposes.

 

I was wondering if there were enough people to run a fun open team out of South Bend next weekend?

 

All ages and all experience levels would be welcome.  Anywhere ranging from High School to Goddard can play!  All of the Michiana Ultimate Summer League People are invited, All of you High Schoolers are invited.  We just need 12 total to get a team. 

 

I would say you would need a minimum of 12 to play.  I do need to try and recoup some of the $350 i lost in their bid money.  So lets say $10 a person if you guys can throw a team together.

Werbs, are you playing with Midnight Meat Train since Real Huck (the team that dropped) is not coming?  Or are you finally going to just give up and play for The Abusement Park this year?

 

Goddard can you captain this rag tag group of Down With The Clown Open champions that will be talked about for years to come?  Can you get a minimum of 12 players from wherever and whoever you want?

 

C'mon guys, $10 for a weekend of Ultimate is a deal!

 

Reply if you are interested.  You High Schoolers would beneifit from playing on this team against some really good competition but you also might not benefit as much from playing with Goddard though.  So its probably a wash.

 

Team Name either "Roseland Hillclimbers"(First team I ever played on, thanks to Jim Goeke-Morrey!) or "Clowns Inc." (The last South Bend pickup team for DWTC).  Or come up with something fun on your own.
