Dr.
Melissa Bird
is running in the Democratic primary for our US House district (Oregon
district 4), and I've found her messaging to resonate more with me than
most candidates. We'll be hosting a meet & greet event for her at
the
CoHo common house Sunday April 19, starting at 6pm, open to both
CoHo residents and the broader community. I hope you'll come and chat.
The
CoHo
parking lot is often a bit crowded, so if you drive, I'd encourage
parking on nearby surface streets if practical (but there's no parking
on Crystal Lake Dr). The cemetery also allows up to 10 cars to park there during daylight hours. For those nearby, walking, biking, bussing, or
carpooling could also be good options. We're close to the Ryan &
Alexander bus stop on route 6.
The common house is the building
closest to the parking lot entrance. Its main doors face toward the
community, and away from both the parking lot and Crystal Lake Drive, so
you'll probably need to walk around it to get in.
