possible soundcloud.com bug - not refreshing after track upload via api

I just experienced the following:

* I log into soundcloud.com and go to my tracks listing
(http://soundcloud.com/stjepan/tracks). It shows two tracks.
* I then upload a track using the API
* The web page still shows two tracks, regardless of me refreshing the
page, clicking on tracks again, etc.
* If I click on a different tab (e.g., Sets), the Tracks tab is
updated to show Tracks (3).
* If I click on the Tracks tab again, it again shows Tracks (2) and
only shows two tracks.
* The only way I found to see my new track was clicking "See what your
tracks look like on your profile".

I was using Firefox 3.5.3.


Related question - the 3rd track I uploaded was processed OK by
soundcloud. The first two tracks (uploaded 5 days ago) are still
showing "Creating Waveform". How can I find out why these files are
still processing (i.e., whether it is due to your recent transcoding
problems, due to the file format, due to an error in upload...)?

Hey Stjepan

The track count inconsistency is due to how we cache the rendered html pages.

The tracks still processing are due to a problem with the connection
from our api server to the storage. The quick fix would be for you to
upload them again.
