We want to start printing labels to place on our appointment cards when an
appointment is scheduled, and I have two questions.
1. Is there any way to have the title print after the provider's name?
For example, "Scott Hoopes MD" instead of just "Scott Hoopes."

Payroll Multiplier?

Provider Acticity Report for Payroll - Did this feature change or am I
getting a bit confused.........Our payroll is based on actual dollars
received multiplied by a percentage for each therapist. I just noticed the
numbers in the provider actiivity do not relate to our set-up anymore. Can

We have always used our tax ID for all providers at all times up until now. We have a provider that is using their social. I have created the provider and entered the social instead of tax ID however over in the top left hand corner it still prints: Provider Tax ID 76-0478600. not Provider Tax ID (providers social). I have looked everywhere and can not figure out where this is pulling from or why it is not pulling the social listed on the provider.... more »

Alerts for high-risk patient cancelations

We now have a user-defined field to identify high-risk patients, i.e.
those that may be a suicide risk, etc. and it shows up in a discrete
way on the check-in list report.

Appointments for a period

Since the latest upgrade we can no longer print just one providers appointments when generating appointments for a period report. Even if we choose a provider ID it will still print all providers.
