Subject: Changing payer numbers

I just found out that a payor number is incorrect on one of our policies in the drop down list under carriers and don't know how to change it to the correct payor number so that we can submit electronically to the ins. carrier.  Please help

Call support at your convenience. Too complicated to do by email.

Hi Jennifer,

You can go to Lookups > Insurance carriers/plans > highlight the insurance
carrier and click on Edit > Additional Tab > NEIC Payor ID.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Two questions

Two questions that will probably be easily answered by more computer-savvy
folk than I:

1. In the scheduler, in particular, is there any way of entering an entire
therapy group rather than entering seven or eight people each week?  I do
four groups a week and would love a shortcut.

2.  When importing a week's worth of patients from the scheduler to the OM
daysheet, is there any way to have each patient's fee be imported with the
appointment time and other information? I have noticed the "unit" section of
the scheduler entry, but I don't know how to use it with up to 20 people
each with a different fee - other than the standard fee charged for each
service.  If entered directly to the daysheet rather than importing, there
is the "Copy Previous Service" icon, which saves an enormous amount of time.
Any way of doing something like that in the scheduler?

Thank you.
