We purchased a label maker (Brother QL-570) in order for us to use
this new feature of printing appointment card reminders.  When we go
to print the label for some reason the name keeps being cut off but
the rest of the information is there.

Any suggestions or settings we can use to make this work?  Thank in
advance for your suggestions.

Can you fax me (888-802-6669) a sample so we can see what it is doing?
Have you experimented with the various print modes of the printer to see
if something other than the default mode will work?
