Dear colleagues

You are warmly invited to this year’s edition of Joburg Radio Days, scheduled for July 4 – 6 at Wits University.  Aimed at everyone with an interest in the medium, the conference will feature some top international and local speakers.  New media, innovative programming ideas, stories from the past and many other topics are on the agenda.  Confirmed speakers so far include UK radio futurologist James Cridland; Larry Rosin, of the US research firm Edison; British social media expert Claire Wardle; 5FM station manager Aisha Mohamed; veteran Anthony Duke; Jacaranda programmes manager Neil Johnson; Raghu Mailnali of Nepalese community radio and others.
