old events returned by upcoming event calendar API

I've just noticed a few instances of old gigs (i.e. gigs a few years ago) being included in the upcoming event calendar (http://www.songkick.com/developer/upcoming-events-for-user). I assumed this should never happen?

Example: http://api.songkick.com/api/3.0/users/deathwarmedover/calendar.json?reason=tracked_artist&apikey=[apikey] returns events as far back as 2005 at the moment...
