I suggest you call April Terrio, the Somerville Animal Control officer
for Somerville, at 617-625-6600 EXT 2190

It's possible the owners may have reported the dogs missing, and April
is phenomenal at reuniting pets with their owners.

totally agree - call april terrio.  If for some reason they are not reunited she will get tehm into a no kill rescue.

Thanks. Actually I dont have the dogs. A nice lady stopped me on my walk to
Nunziato to ask if i knew who owned the dogs. Apparently she and her
roommate found them and are trying to find their owners. I took a flyer to
nunziato and posted it on the community board (Thank you Somerville!) and
put this post up to get the word out. They are not the dogs missing from
bedford. If I remember correctly, she asked if I knew someone with a beagle
and a basset hound.
