Subject: Property Tab
I have been setting up the Custom Property Tabs for my department.
As I get feedback from everyone, I have made modifications to them.
One of the things that changed was setting up all the properties to be
configuration specific.  Easy to change that with the property tab
builder.  Problem is that when you open the parts up, the custom
specific properties aren’t added.  If you reselect the same template
under template options, everything updates fine.
Is there a way to access the property tab template file that is
loaded using API?  I would like to reload it automatically with a
macro.  I didn’t see anything in the API help.
        Thanks.
Chris

Chris - sorry but I am 95% sure there is no access through the API. I
submitted this as an enhancement request that 1 you can't access the
tab and 2 there is no API for the CPT.

Kevin,
That explains why I can't find any information in API.  I wonder if it
is a stand alone application outside of SolidWorks.  Thanks for the
response.
