Monday 09 July, Title :The Enigma in context
The enigma machine is one of the icons of WW2 but there were other
solutions to the problem of machine ciphers. This talk looks Enigma and
some of the other machines and the sometimes surprising relationship between
them.
A talk by Alan Watson cryptanalyst , who will be bringing some of the
machines with him.
Southwestern Arms (upstairs room) , 36 Adelaide Rd, St Denys, SO17 2HW
Time: 19:00 for talk 19:30 to 21:00, free entry, open to all. Plenty of time
for questions and answers .
