Q.1: where do you draw the line between "this person is different and
diversity is good" and "this person is too alien in their approach and
thinking and either it would just be wrong or too
much change or we'll take for ever just to be able to explain
ourselves to one another which will mean we either never see eye-2-eye
which sucks, or we never ship anything which sucks"?
Q.2: how do you asses this in job interviews?
