Subject: Procedure for using it on network
Hello.

It wants to put Socialcalc on the server, to share all, and to use it.
Then, Socialcalc was put in the cgi-bin folder under Apache.
However, it couldn't use it on the network.

http://www.socialtext.net/open/index.cgi? was written as follows.

> You can also use bin/socialcalccgi.pl to run the server based version
> To enable Socialcalc for network use, you can edit bin/socialcalc.pl.

Is the moved file bin/socialcalccgi.pl?
Where of bin/socialcalc.pl should be edited?

Please give advice to me.

Which file did you put in cgi-bin? In what way did it not work?

This is the CGI version, and is probably the one you want.

You should only modify that file if you want to open access to others
when running the desktop version - this isn't what you want in this
situation.
