Download of socialcalc-1.1.0.tar.gz is still broken

The topic "Socialcalc download error - fixed -
socialcalc-1.1.0.tar.gz" is wrong (as noted by the author in the
second post).

In other words, the link http://socialcalc.org/src/releases/socialcalc-1.1.0.tar.gz
still gives a 403 error:
