Good democratic Government always tries to give Good Administration,
Legal system and look after wellbeing of its citizen.
India is Largest Democratic country in the world and only one country
which give most corrupt Government and totally biased and useless laws
to its People.
No need to write why it’s corrupt, if anyone search online for the
world “Swiss bank account of Indian Politicians” it will give you
detailed report of much money these corrupt politicians amused. Some
shameless Politicians openly admit their assets worth more than 100
million dollars, after they come to power in one small States chief
minister. There is not single MP or MLA who has no criminal records,
People know all Very well still they Elect them Blindly just on one
bottle of country liquor or few Kg of Rice.
Good Government always listens to its people and reaches to them when
they need them most. but Indian politicians comes only after 5 years,
when next election comes if he / she has not made enough money or if
he is unable to rob enough money from the people. And people are no
dumb they will vote again even that Member of Parliament has not done
anything to people other than his Bank Balance. And those who expose
or oppose such MP or Government are branded as naxalits or Maoist and
order to hunt them down.
By the People, for the People, that’s democratic government, But
Indian government is By the People but not for the People, where men
have no right to speak nor no one is there to listen to them. Even
animals have Ministry for men there is no Ministry or any Legal
support, Their cry for justice never heard, Their Voice against LEGAL
TERRORISM is voice of Voiceless.
Recently in the name of Industry expansion they acquired many farming
lands when there is thousands of vacant government land, which force
people to take arm against government. In reality Land mafia along
with ministers of government make a deal with Industrial giants and
acquire firm land in the name of Industrial development.
DDT, asbestos and many other chemical and pesticides are banned in
most of the countries of the world but in India it’s still are in use,
Even government knows its effects on health of people, but
multinational companies sponsor government not to ban such hazardus
chemicals.
Most of the fertilizers are used in India are Banned in many other
countries but all are in use in India, which turn soil into a desert
and pollute water and soil.
Many multinational companies which produce chemical related products
are on many of our river banks and its chemical substances or waste is
drained directly into rivers and same water is pumped to cities. In
west even oil mixed waste water from garage is monitored and those who
breached rules face severe punishment and end up in garage license
canceled. Look at your own cities drainage from Garage, Hotel,
chemical firms, hospitals, waste is drained without any check.
Municipal corporations are getting huge amount of money not to take
any action. There is no Government body to check quality of water or
soil affected by these industrial chemicals.
In India, there are more than 10 million cases are pending in various
courts of India and everyday there are more than 10,000 new cases are
added, go to any court and check per day how many cases are settled
and you will find none or you can count with one hand. Judges are
notorious are giving dates after dates. Not only this there are many
Legal Acts are drafted almost 100 years back by British and it is pity
out of more than 1 billion Indian population no one is there to draft
laws according to current situation.
There is huge cry of misuse of laws like dowry law and domestic
violence, under these laws those who accused are arrested without any
investigation. One word of women is enough to file these cases; Burdon
of proof is lies on her husband. No girl family is reporting dowry
demand at the time of marriage as under IPC 498a (DP3 Act) giving
dowry is crime equal to taking it. When marriage is on the brink of
Divorce or women wants out she file dowry Law to harass husband and
force men to give divorce and pay maintenance. This misuse is going on
since 1984 and thousands are arrested included old parents, married
sisters along with breast fed babies. Women can name anyone who she
thinks of neighbors or friends of husband and police will take action
without any investigation, now you know why so many cases are pending
because Government is not ready to amend such cases.
