Over 42 representatives (including two ICYO representatives) from different sectors concerning youth came for the one day interaction on July 1, 2010 in New Delhi.

Mr A. K. Upadhyay, Secretary Youth Affairs called upon the delegates to deliberate the new policy keeping the draft youth Policy of 2003 in mind, while inaugurating the meeting. Earlier Mr P.
