The Organizational Strengthening Advisor will work towards improved institutional health of the grantee-partners across Eastern and Southern Africa by enabling them to drive their own organizational strengthening journey. Responsibilities include facilitation of grantee-driven organizational capacity assessments, providing funding for development priorities, developing and overseeing a diverse range of relevant technical assistance and encouraging grantee partners learning from and with each other in a community of practice. Who we are looking for: * You understand the dynamics of growth-oriented grassroot organizations * You apply coaching, collaborative and participatory approaches in all your individual and organizational capacity strengthening efforts * Proven track record developing innovative and effective system strengthening approaches targeting people, systems, policies and practices. * 2+ years experience conducting organizational capacity assessments
