All details and how to apply: https://bit.ly/BWOSJD Blood:Water partners with grassroots organizations that use integrated models of WASH and HIV programming to address the root underlying drivers of cycles of vulnerability, poverty and health disparities in their unique context and communities. The Organizational Strengthening Advisor will work towards improved institutional health of the grantee-partners across Eastern and Southern Africa by enabling them to drive their own organizational strengthening journey. Responsibilities include facilitation of grantee-driven organizational capacity assessments, providing funding for development priorities, developing and overseeing a diverse range of relevant technical assistance and encouraging grantee partners learning from and with each other in a community of practice. Who we are looking for: * You understand the dynamics of growth-oriented grassroot organizations * You apply coaching, collaborative and participatory approaches in all your individual and organizational capacity strengthening efforts * Proven track record developing innovative and effective system strengthening approaches targeting people, systems, policies and practices. * 2+ years experience conducting organizational capacity assessments
