1) I am Muchiri Nyaggah (@muchiri). I own a web strategy and
development agency called Semacraft based in Nairobi, Kenya.
2) I had a conversation with Siebel (Oracle CRM) late last year and
early this year that got me thinking about how we can integrate social
media strategies into customer engagement / CRM within the
enterprise.  I hope to understand it enough to see how social CRM fits
within a bigger picture.
3) I'd like to learn, sound off and evolve through this group into a
better strategist.
4) I'd say The Learning Company (and not just because of 'Where on
Earth Is Carmen Sandiego!). It seemed like a really fun place to work.
