I think not.

Actually, Lyndon B. Johnson was the last decent thing to come out of Texas.

He did some very good thing for the US. The Vietnam war has tainted his reputation but
does not erase the good he did.

In addition to the war crimes, subject has been accused of orchestrating circa 17 murders, not counting JFK. Others have been convicted and jailed for life on less incriminating evidence for only one murder.

JFK, Malcolm X, MLK and RFK were removed under the watch of the Texan, who was fortunate that the U.S. does not prosecute those who lead us into needless military debacles. Nothing the subject might have signed into law can compensate for the lives lost and ruined. Nixon suffered more reproof for Vietnam because he extended the carnage for four years but the Johnson Admin. was let off the hook. All veterans must not forget or forgive.
