With free market US corporations, who need China and AlQaida? H1B
Visas, off-shore outsourcing are the work of traitors in corporations
and in US congress. Why fighting against enemy in the Middle East when
the real enemy are at home?

Student Debt Will Punish US for Years: Strategist
By Christina Medici Scolaro

There was a time when most people thought of a college degree as
something that delivers opportunities; now, it often delivers
overwhelming debt and unemployment.

Currently there are $986 billion dollars in outstanding student loans
in the United States, and of that, over ten percent of the loans are
more than 90 days delinquent.

When there are American organizations, corporations, which have waged
virtual war against the American citizenry in order to obtain unjust
economic and political power, the American citizenry should
reciprocate and declare war against these same corporations and the
politicians who obey them. Thank you for the original post.

Sadly, the american have become so lazy and ignorant they will do nothing.

Less than one in four ever read or watch the news. By the end of the 21st century we will
be a second class nation.

When ignorance is seen as a virtue can an Idiocracy be far behind? Are we already there?

Sadly, the Dow Jones index rose to record high thanks to savings from
hiring outsourced workers. So the rise in earnings and stock prices
come from the blood and sweat of American workers. By 2030, most
average Americans will only get minimum wage jobs while most
professional jobs such as accountants, programmers, office workers
will go to the H1B visa holders and outsourced workers who are more
willing to work over 60 hours a week at lower wage.
With the majority of American citizens working minimum wage jobs while
foreigners getting professional jobs, the US will convert to a third
world nation similar to South Vietnam in the 1960s. Professional
foreigners will live well and many Americans will have to work for
them at minimum wage. They (foreigners) will hire young American women
to be mamasan maids in their house and American men to be papasan
caretakers, just like many American civilians who lived in Vietnam and
the Philippines in the 1960s.

there for many generations. While American fishermen stay home on
weekend, Vietnamese fishermen caught all the fishes during the weekend
and left nothing to American fishermen on Monday.
So the ten millions of new H1B visas from India and China will do the
same to Americans in 2020.
The challenge is how to protect the lives of million of Americans who
lived here. They can't work 60 hours a week like the new immigrants
from India and the China.

From the experience above, the challenge is to control foreign

American people. Without control, new immigrants will force old
immigrants to poverty. They will not kill old immigrants but they will
take most new opportunities and transfer the wealth to their old
nations. For example, Vietnam today receive about $5 billion each
year from the Vietnamese in exile. All other immigrants such as
Somalian, Mexican, Chinese, and Indian do the same. And eventually the
wealth of America will be exhausted if American money are used to
invest overseas rather than to the USA.

This has nothing to do with natural ecology or species.

Vietnamese in exile? The shirts they sell in Wall Mart come from
Vietnam.

The greatest transfer of wealth out of the US is to the middle east.

BTW, don't forget the anchor babies being born to the professionals that
come here.

Ya, lazy americans like you do need a kick in your fatass.

This is a reply to Ben. Thank you for the posts with regard to
opposing illegal immigration and unjust legal immigration.
If the USA is not a "Common Wealth" for the intents and purposes of
the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution, what purpose does it have?
Americans have a right to gainful and meaningful employment free from
unjust legal and illegal immigration which unjustly concentrates both
economic and political power in a few individuals and entities while
impoverishing the general citizenry.
One of the characteristics of "monopoly capitalists" is to insult and
intimidate those who object to their disloyal, criminal, and
surreptitious efforts to further their nefarious means and ends.
Some of the replies to your original and subsequent post are
demonstrative of the same.

I'm not sure where that is stated in the Bill of Rights, do you?

I know it does not apply in "right to work" states and "at will"
employment states.

The quality of life of "the good ole America" should be preserved.
Before labor protection laws exist, American labors worked 7 days a
week without overtime pay and no benefits. Eventually the work week
is set to 40 hours, with two weeks vacation, overtime pay, and
benefits. Western Europe went further with 32 hours work week and 5
weeks vacation.
Most immigrants came to the US from nations with poor wage and no or
little labor protection so they tend to accept work 60-70 hours/week
to get a permanent job and get ahead. This practice forces American
workers to compete in order to survive and eventually destroy the
progress in labor protection that American achieved in the past
decades.
Like the European immigrants who came to the US out competed the
native Indians and forced them into near extinctions, new immigrants
will eventually force average Americans into poverty.
When people came to a house, it is important to know that who is the
owner and respect the owner, an not to destroy his house.

The major problem with immigration law is the generous admission of
people who are either selfish, predatory or hate America.
Until World War II, new immigrants came to build their life and a
strong America that they will benefit. Regardless of their national
origin, all agreed to learn and accept English as the official
language. German, German, Chinese, African, and Japanese all wanted to
assimilate to the motherland of America.
However a great percentage of new immigrants from Central and South
America do not want to learn English and insist on America to
accommodate their Spanish language. Unlike other immigrants they want
to live in the US without having to know a single English word and the
education systems must accommodate them.
Other immigrants came to America for economic reason and they want to
destroy America whenever they had opportunities to do so from welfare
and medicare cheating, drug smuggling to terrorist activities. And
America should filter them out.
The last category of new immigrants are the smart, hard working but
predatory ones. They out competed average Americans for professional
and high paying jobs by accepting lower wages and working harder. So
young American programmers are in danger because of outsourcing and
H1B visas. Others will be next.
To compete and maintain their jobs, Americans must accept lower wages
and 60 hours work week. But this practice is destroying American
quality of life. The Europeans are more socialist, so they limit work
week to 32 hours. But statistics from CBS 60 minutes showed that
their productivity per hour are higher.
This is a danger for America that Ethicist, Socialist, and politicians
must pay attention to slow down a decline of quality of life in
America which is coming.

Not being able to pay student loan debt is a threat to US national
security. Its is time for Congress to require corporations to hire
more American students to avoid the collapse of US financial systems.
