23rd Congressional District

HOFFMAN THROWS IN TOWEL

Conservative concedes after falling behind by 4,284 votes

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2009

Democrat Bill Owens is leading in the 23rd Congressional District
race.

The Plattsburgh attorney has 60,458 votes compared to Conservative
Doug Hoffman, a Lake Placid CPA, with 56,174 votes.

Dede Scozzafava, a Republican who dropped out of the race Saturday,
has 6,796 votes.

==========================

I district that has not had a Democrat in congress in 100 years.
Where, in recent years, the Democrats NEVER exceeded 37% of the vote

Limbo and Palin have split the Republican party by purifying it!

Thank you Rush!

Thank you Sarah!

Your work purifying the Republican Party has done it's work well!

Both sided agree that one has nothing to do with the other.

How do you figure they do?

What a wuss. He should have drawn it out until the money was gone,
like COleman did.

These fellers are moderate Republicans. That's why folks liked them.
The littler feller in New York was Rush's kind of Republican, and he
lost. The lesson to take away from this *very* small sample is that
folks still don't like young-earth creationist nutjobs. Yet yesterday
Rush was insisting that the only way Republicans can win is if they go
much further right.

If the grand Republican victory is recovering a historically red
state's governorship, and ousting a highly unpopular governor in New

it's not much of a victory, is it?

Democrats have an open invitation for Rush and Sarah to purify
Florida's Republican party.

We Democrats would sooner face Mark Rubio than the moderate Charlie
Crist for U.S. Senate.

So lets all help make the Republican party over in Limbo's image!

Sorry fool, Mcnulty a democrat held the seat in the nineties and that
seat has had 17 or so
democrats since civil war (Guess you believe Pelosi's lies as easily as BO's)
Also, it was a liberal seat, keeps us clear on who we have to defeat
and instead of
focusing on lip service conservatives we can target liberal dems, which
that dum bitch
runnin was basically!
The real story is how a conservative independent with only 3 weeks in
the news can get 46%
of vote, thats what really scares you libs.
So sid of 9 still in ozone on Pelosi centra 3 spoutin more fanciful
talking points
