Slim Fast doesn't really work. I replaced 2 meals with their "shakes."
Basically that means that I didn't eat all day, until dinner time! So I
felt hungry all the time. And even if I had the will power to endure
that, what happened after I lost the weight? I went go back to eating
food, and gained all that weight right back again, see.

LOL! Just buy bigger jeans. No problem. There are lots of chubby chasers
over in soc.support.fat-acceptance.

I've actually been on an exercise kick (walking & Yoga) and have lost 20
lbs in the past 5 months. I have another 10 I'd like to get rid of. I
will!

Your bowel movements weigh more than that, you'll have to cut back on
your caloric intake, shiny. Otherwise your destined to stay in that
moo-moo you're wearing right now, just add more fabrics and add some
ant-acids. (oh and a skinny old man with a mule train)

Is that pic really you?

Just eat a bunch of fiber and then squat down and leave a nice, long dump.
That's should account for more than 20 pounds. . .

Don't kid yourselves. No man willingly wants a fatty over a sexy nubile.
If he pretends to it's probably because he wants to keep you available for
cooking and cleaning while he gets some sexy nubile on the side.

The very fact that your husband is married at all tells me he's a wuss who
can't make it on his own. He has to have slave help in order to be happy.
Furthermore he is so insecure that he wants you fat and ugly because he's
worried about some other man taking his slave away. Sad really.
