Yes, that's the best way to encourage a positive feeling among your female
employees...by approving publically aired embarrassing segments about their
supposed weight issues. The funny thing about this is that Ms. James is actually
in pretty good shape for a woman, but since she doesn't appear to be some sort
of coke-abusing fitness fanatic she doesn't fit Vince McMahon's ideal of a
woman. Which is funny because he specializes in mildly homoerotic imagery that
manages to be homophobic at the same time.

I hope Ms. James moves over to TNA and extracts some sort of personal revenge
upon the fascist ideals that the WWE promotes, although with the talent on TNA's
women's division she would have to bust ass after years of adjusting her style
to fit the less demanding WWE division.
