ISAA War On The "War On Weight" Goes To Stage Two: Television!

There are now two new ways to defeat the so-called "war on weight" --
by taking the struggle for size acceptance to two of the main media
sources that encourage weight loss: magazines and television!

ISAA Public Relations Vice President Doris Skiba and Director Allen
Steadham have created a letter that you can print out, sign, and mail
to the magazine or television show of your choice (we have supplied a
list of postal mail addresses and e-mail addresses for select
magazines and popular television shows).

This activism effort is designed to show the publishers of these
magazines and the producers of these television shows,through sheer
volume of letters from the plus-sized community and its supporters,
that there is a genuine need for size-friendly content and virtually
no need for weight loss diet content.
