hey there, you.
i am 32 and started casually dating in january of this year. i hadn't really tried it before because i jumped from one relationship to the next. the problem that i have with casual dating and my depression is not knowing why the people i have seen stop talking to me. granted, there have only been 2 people that i have gone out with, but both of them really seemed interested in me. i'm not a pushy person and i hate the telephone, so i didn't contact them too much. the dates i had with them were so fun and i thought we got along well, but then they just stopped talking to me out of the blue. in the past i have been really good at knowing if someone liked me or not, so that's why i find this so confusing. these guys do not know each other and they have two completely different personality types - that's why i go back to thinking it has something to do with me. dating is giving me a complex. at this point, i never want to do it again.... more »
