I found a site that makes one. It's a bit pricy though and you have to
supply measurements of the victims penis to them so that they can make
a custom sheath.

Some years ago, I had ready access to a hospital …styl electric breast
pump, the big Medela brand one. It made an interesting playparty toy.<G>
Using 1.5" extruded plexiglass tubing, I cut a 10" piece, sealed one end
with a flat plastic plate and glue, bored a hole in that and glued in a
1/4" dia tube, and then hooked that up to the breast pump tubing. It was
enjoyed, but the suction wasn't strong enough for most guys. The breast
pumps only pull to about 1/2 an atmosphere (to imitate a baby's suck), and
that wasn't intense enough for the test subjects. The pulsating effect of
the pump was nice, though.

definitely damage his nerves and blood vessels. You don't want to
causing temporary, or permanent damage, to some one elses body. A piece
of work like This would easily become a definite breach in the aria of
the trust barrier, and possibly find your self up on charges. Then no
