When I checked a few years ago, I think there were some Spanking Related
Games, and such...Might be worth looking up again.

Funny indeed,
I wonder if Jaqcueline Omerta ( Pacific Force ) knew she was breaking
patent 4,834,657 when she was filming 'the wheel of discipline'

Pacific Force didn't build that spanking machine, they borrowed and/or
rented it for the filming. It could well be that the machine was built
without violating any patents, or perhaps appropriate royalties were
paid.

In any case, they didn't market the machine, they just filmed it, and I
believe the inventor only built it for personal use.

That machine was on the market, but I don't know
it is was the same as others under patent.

Hello All,
I was just reading SSS for the first time in years, and I was
surprised to find this thread.
As a matter of fact, I am the one who built the spanking machine used
by Pacific Force. It had been around for a year or so before Pacific
Force decided to use it in a video- I had been taking it out to the
Renn Faire in San Bernardino and it came to the attention of a
gentleman who had connections to Domestic Discipline Digest, where it
first appeared in print along with an ad for anyone who wanted me to
build them one for their own use. No one ever bought one, but several
people copied my design from watching it work at the Renn Faire, and
took them to other Faires.
As far as patents go, I never applied for one, and the item mentioned
in previous postings- patent number 4,834,657 , is not for a spanking
machine at all, but a sort of "wheel of misfortune" with decals of
various punishments around its rim. The miscreant was required to spin
the wheel to determine their doom.
If anyone is thinking about building a machine of their own, I am
available for technical aide. Just email me.
By the way, the original machine was called The Engine of Discipline,
was sold, and then met with an unfortunate accident involving the bed
of a fast moving pickup and a low hanging roof. The last I saw of it,
it was rotting away in the purchaser's backyard and I don't know if he
ever repaired it.

Thanks for this extremely interesting bit of history! And for your device,
which has doubtless inspired numerous other designers (myself included).

Regards,
Sartan

Have you heard anything from The Pacific Force people lately?

Hello Sartan,
You are most welcome! Nice job on the Spank-O-Matic, by the way.
Was that really inspired by the Engine O' Discipline? If so, you sure
took it to its fullest expression mechanically.
But with all respect, I sure liked the antique look of the original.
And it had interchangable hands- Padded ones, whisk brooms, wooden
hand-shaped ones and nice big paddles. Even a couple of dried
cuttlefish at one time, for the truely wicked. And a ship's bell which
rang every six swats. But perhaps that would not be suited to the
average apartment dweller, huh? Your design is much more practical (
and I hope, sellable!)

Best of luck to you and your device. Long may it swat!

Hi Tony,
Nope. I had no further contact with them after they rented the Engine
for their video. I have noticed the same thing you mentioned- that
there are lots of links out there, but none of them seem to lead to
anywhere current. Oh well.......

Thank you, and yes, in part.

Thanks for that as well. I'm extremely pleased with the MAX's performance
characteristics in particular, although it remains a complex device and
relatively intricate build. More to come on that front, I'm sure ;)

How recently did you talk with P.F.? I have a couple things I want to order
from them.

About two weeks ago. You need to contact Mistress Jacqueline at
mis...@aol.com

I don't know how much in business they are. She's doing the
professional fem-dom thing, but I don't really get the impression they
are actively doing anything else. I don't get any vibes about her
partner one way or the other.
