I'm 65 and male. Nowadays it's fallen off to maybe once a week, but
that's partly because I'm primary caregiver to elderly parents and both
stress and lack of time to myself are factors. A few years ago I
probably averaged three times a week.

I don't generally use toys, but do occasionally. I almost always use
pornography.

Anything from once a week to three or four times a week. It
was much more often when I was younger and less often when I
am actively engaged with a female.
