A quick question: is it usual for a man to be able to feel a woman's
vaginal contractions with his penis or fingers when she orgasms?

Usual? I don't know. Sometimes I feel them, sometimes
I don't. Lots of reasons why that might be so.

Why not? There are plenty of siblings 11 or 12 months apart (thank
god not my kids). Aside from that, I think the rumor mill in Alaska
would have been pretty active if the governor hadn't been pregant
herself before her baby was born. I trust that her detractors there
would have informed us of the 'scandal' by now if there had been one.

Not common, but...
There are no muscles in the vagina, but if a woman's pubococcygeus
muscle is well-developed, she might be able to give you a good
squeeze. While my wife was studying bellydancing, her PC muscle became
quite strong. I first noticed the occasional involuntary squeezes
during her orgasm. She learned to control it and could bring me off by
rhythmic squeezing. It's a sensation unlike any other.
The pubogoccygeus muscle is the one that contracts when you try to
hold in a fart or stop urinating once you've started. The contractions
are called kegels.

shows a kind of barbell used by women to develop the PC muscle. She
tries to hold the barbell in the vagina by squeezing.

Supposedly Bristol was out of town for several months before the baby
was born, which is how that one got started. If true, that would be when
she got pregnant. I think the rumors have been laid to rest, though her
detractors will probably think up a new one every week to discredit her.

It was. In fact, the current most vocal proponent of the idea that the
baby wasn't hers picked up the story from Alaskan news sources.

I wonder what the percentage is and under what circumstances. I wasn't
fertile again after the birth of my 2 kids for 10 months and 13 months
respectively.

If you breast feed at all that delays ovulation some. Back in the 50s
and 60s many women didn't, so their cycles started up again soon after
birth.

I stand corrected, but the pubococcygeus muscle is the one that can be
trained by dance, kegels, and other exercises, and can give the
(delightful) sensation of squeezing during sex.
