I've always wondered what women think about seeing and having hard

Agreed. I can usually feel a "tightening" of the skin around my
nipples when it's cold outside... or when someone is arousing me/them.

They also are sometimes more noticeably rubbing against the fabric of
a loose top - I don't wear a bra :-)
