Andy asks:

costs of manufacture, and the fat cat Mexican drug cartels are
simply gouging the American customers.

We could try importing it from Canada, but I don't think it
grows there......

Perhaps an amendment to the Health Care Bill.... it seems that
every other special interest group has something added....

Perhaps you were unaware that a great deal of marijuana is grown indoors,
under lights and Canada is a big producer:
