Any guys here found a OTC cold remedy we with BPH can safely take?

Not a 'guy', but anything marked as safe for hypertensives will be.

I mean - don't you trust our well funded FDA ?

On the down side, you won't be as satisfied with the results.

Ask your doc if you have one. If it's a good doc, you may be given
a list of safe herbals for symptom relief.

A Vicks room air freshener...pulll it out of the jar...an electric
room ionizer, and a cold air moisturizer.
If you have hypertension, then ask the Doctor for lisinopril,
amlodipine, and catapres patch. Then you can take anything OTC for
colds.

Might want to check out the side effects of those three drugs before
asking your doctor for them.

Using one load of poison, that allows you to ingest more contaminants
just doesn't make a whole lot of sense - from your body's perspective.
