I am the person that started the discussion a couple
of weeks ago on "K.O.T.M.M". It appears that this stands
for the Knights of the Modern Maccabees. I would like
to publicly thank everyone who responded to me both
in private and on this list. I sincerely apologize for
not thanking everyone personally or in a timely manner.
But right after I posted the query, I got extremely busy
and did not have the time to respond. As I was about to
reply, I lost the messages that were sent to me. Anyway,
from what I can piece together, the Maccabees were
suggested by Drew Smith, Paul Gifford, Bob Boisvert, and
Frieda Davison. I would particulary like to thank Phyllis
Litton, who not only gave me the name of the organization
but sent along lots of additional information.
