The Injectable ID Chip is Ready; Are You?

Is part of the agenda behind a variety of recent public health scares an
injectable I.D. chip? Such chips are no longer a science fiction fantasy.
They
exist and are already being marketed for human use.

Recent threats to public health from Anthrax, West Nile Virus, Hepatitis B,
Smallpox and AIDs share something in common. In their current
genetically-modified forms each originated with the U.S. Federal government
and it's bio-warfare programs and for each disease experimental vaccines are
being promoted for widespread use by the American public.

Below you'll find an excerpt from an engineering and technology publication
on
the new injectable I.D. chip. Following that are excerpts from mainstream
media articles about the Bush administration's plans for a mandatory Federal
vaccination program. During a declared emergency if you refuse the shots you
will be quarantined. Media clips that follow detail the intimate
relationship
between the Bush administration and vaccine manufacturers and at the end
there's a great article from Vaccine Liberation titled, "20 Reasons Not To
Take the New Smallpox Vaccine".

Just connect the dots.

These diseases have all been the subject of extensive experimentation by
U.S.
military scientists for use as weapons. Each disease has apparently been
released upon the public by our own government rather than by a foreign
enemy.
Each has been exploited by the corporate media to generate a sense of panic.
And for each there's a newly-developed vaccine which the government and the
vaccine manufacturers connected to the Bush administration would very much
like us all to take.

One can imagine the difficulty of getting the entire population of the U.S.
to
voluntarily submit to an injectable I.D. To start with, millions of
Christians
would likely view it as the "mark of the beast" described in Revelations.
Tens
of millions of health food consumers would question the possible physical
side-effects. Civil-libertarians would strenuously object to the basic
premise
behind such a device.

One solution to this problem for the government - other than simply forcing
everyone to accept an implated chip at gunpoint - would be to get us all to
willingly submit to a vaccine which includes an injectable chip without our
knowledge.

For background of the eugenics origins of these programs and their links to
the Bush family, the U.S. pharmaceutical industry and to 9/11 see

Injectable chip opens door to 'human bar code'

By Charles J. Murray 01/04/02

"Radio-frequency identification chips, which have found a home in
applications
ranging from toll road passes to smart retail shelves, may be close to
taking
up residence in the human body.

A Florida-based company has introduced a passive RFID chip that is
compatible
with human tissue, and the developer is proposing the chip for use on
implantable pacemakers, defibrillators and artificial joints. The company,
Applied Digital Solutions (Palm Beach, Fla.), also said that the chip could
be
injected through a syringe and used as a sort of "human bar code" in
security
applications.

Called the VeriChip, the device could open up a broad new segment for the
$900
million-a-year RFID business, especially if society embraces the idea of
using
microchips for human identification. Applied Digital executives ultimately
believe that the worldwide market for such implantable chips could reach $70
billion per year. "The human market for this technology could be huge," said
Keith Bolton, senior vice president of technology development at the
company...The announcement of the chip's availability created a media stir,
however - not because of its potential use with pacemakers but because of
its
science-fiction-like potential application in human identification systems.
Because the microchip and its antenna measure just 11.1 x 2.1 mm, Applied
Digital Solutions said the assembly can be injected through a syringe and
implanted in various locations within the body.

The tube-shaped VeriChip includes a memory that holds 128 characters of
information, an electromagnetic coil for transmitting data and a tuning
capacitor, all encapsulated within a silicone-and-glass enclosure. The
passive
RF unit, which operates at 125 kHz, is activated by moving a
company-designed
scanner within about a foot of the chip. Doing so excites the coil and
"wakes
up" the chip, enabling it to transmit data.

The chips are said to be similar to those that are already implanted in
about
a million dogs and cats nationwide to enable pet owners to identify and
reclaim animals that have been temporarily lost. Applied Digital Solutions,
which has made the pet-tracking chips for several years, says that the human
chips differ mainly in the biocompatible coating that's used to keep the
body
from rejecting the implanted chip. The VeriChip is believed to be the first
such chip designed for human identification.

Inspired by Sept. 11

In September, Applied Digital Solutions implanted its first human chip when
a
New Jersey surgeon, Richard Seelig, injected two of the chips into himself.
He
placed one chip in his left forearm and the other near the artificial hip in
his right leg.

"He was motivated after he saw firefighters at the World Trade Center in
September writing their Social Security numbers on their forearms with Magic
Markers," Bolton said. "He thought that there had to be a more sophisticated
way of doing an identification."

Applied Digital said Seelig, who serves as a medical consultant to the
company, has now had the chips implanted in him for three months with no
signs
of rejection or infection...Applied Digital's executives said the ability to
inject the chips opens up a variety of RFID applications in high-security
situations, as well other types of human identification systems. The chips,
they said, could be implanted in young children or in adults with
Alzheimer's
disease, to help officials identify people who can't identify themselves...

A consortium of major manufacturers has sought to push the technology as a
replacement for bar codes in everyday products ranging from cereal boxes to
shaving cream cans, but the cost hasn't dropped low enough to make that
feasible. More recently, a group led by the European Central Bank began work
on embedding RFID chips in the euro bank note, but the chip category has yet
to find its killer app...Some engineers suggested the technology might
ultimately be scaled down, making the chip's acceptance more likely. At
Alien
Technology Corp. (Morgan Hill, Calif.), engineers have already discussed
using
that company's ultrasmall RFID chips in human applications. Alien, which
uses
a process known as fluidic self-assembly to create chips measuring 350 x 350
microns, has demonstrated its 900-MHz technology on everyday products such
as
soap and shampoo bottles. The coded information can be detected and read
across distances measuring almost 3 feet. "There are companies making RFID
tags that are much smaller than a couple of millimeters," said Andy Holman,
director of business development for Alien Technology. Analysts also
suggested
that human identification technology would be more likely to be popularized
when engineers are able to integrate more memory and other features, such as
global-positioning satellite units and induction-based power-recharging
techniques. GPS might help find lost children and adults, they said, while
larger memories would enable doctors to store vital patient information. The
concept "goes all the way back to the 1960s," said Jerry Krasner, vice
president of market intelligence for American Technology International
Inc.'s
Embedded Forecasters Group. "What's new is the ability to store a lot of
data.
"As soon as you can do that, you'll see more applications for this type of
technology," he said."

CDC releases draft of public health law October 31, 2001

"ATLANTA, Georgia (AP) -- A model law drafted for states at the request of
the
federal government would give authorities broad powers to close buildings,
take over hospitals and order quarantines during a biological attack. The
draft, commissioned by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and
made
public Tuesday, provides a template for states to respond to the release of
a
deadly agent like smallpox or Ebola. Whether to adopt such a law is up to
state legislatures. If any did, state officials could take drastic steps --
including controlling the sale of food and gas and condemning contaminated
buildings -- to prevent mass casualties from an outbreak. "The current laws
are hopelessly antiquated," said Lawrence Gostin, a professor of law and
public health at Georgetown University and the draft's principal author.
"They
predated all of the modern threats to the public health. Many of them are
probably unconstitutional."

Even before September 11, the federal government wanted states to update
their
public health laws, some of which date to the 19th century. The CDC asked
public health and law specialists at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown
universities, who were writing the draft, to put it on a fast track because
of
the terrorist attacks and the anthrax outbreak. The 40-page draft would
allow
state public health officials to purchase as many drugs as they see fit and
ration them without getting approval from other branches of government.

It also would give state authorities the right to mandate medical testing of
its citizens, to isolate people deemed a threat to the public health and to
order private doctors to do the testing. In a bioterrorism emergency, states
could seize hospitals, other property and "communication devices" they
believe
are necessary to stop a biological attack from killing huge numbers of
people.
The draft tries to head off the concerns of civil liberties groups over
governmental control. It says citizens have the right to the review of a
court
if they object to being forced into quarantine or ordered to take a vaccine.
The law would be triggered by the governor in the event of bioterrorism or
an
epidemic that poses a substantial risk of significant fatalities. Because
anthrax isn't contagious, the current response has been chiefly about
tracking
the germ, treating the infected and distributing antibiotics. A more
contagious and deadly agent, such as smallpox or Ebola virus, would require
a
much broader -- and faster -- response, possibly including mass vaccinations
and quarantining entire communities. The draft has been delivered to the CDC
for tinkering. State government associations, including the National
Governors
Association and the National Conference of State Legislatures, also
collaborated."

The following story ran on page D4 of the Boston Globe on 10/31/2001.

By Bloomberg News 10/31/2001

"WASHINGTON - States would be able to force patients to take medication
under
model legislation outlining when and how governors can use emergency powers
to
address public health crises such as recent anthrax attacks. The model law,
commissioned by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, also
would
give people the right to appeal states' decisions to quarantine or isolate
them. Individuals with contagious diseases, such as smallpox, wouldn't be
able
to appeal orders for treatment or vaccination under the law. State
governments
are concerned that laws are inadequate to address new kinds of public health
threats such as the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on buildings in New York and
Washington or the use of germ or chemical weapons. Fifteen Americans have
been
infected with anthrax, a deadly bacterial disease, and thousands more are
taking antibiotics as a precaution. Lawrence Gostin, chief author of the
model
law and a professor at Georgetown University Law Center, said the academic
panel that drafted the proposal tried to balance the need to control disease
with individuals' civil rights - something he said isn't done under many

current state laws. ''We felt if we were too Draconian and didn't respect
people's rights, that meant the terrorists would win,'' Gostin said.
Emergency
powers allow governors to suspend normal government temporarily, letting
states swiftly address disease epidemics or natural disasters such as
earthquakes. Legal and public health experts at Georgetown University and
Johns Hopkins University examined all states' emergency-powers laws in
crafting the model. Under the model law, states could quarantine or isolate
individuals who are infected with a contagious disease, though the patients
would have the right to appeal that decision in court. The patient would
remain quarantined or isolated until the appeals process was exhausted,
Gostin
said. Patients could be forced to take medicines or receive vaccines for
contagious diseases that pose a public health threat, such as smallpox,
under
the model law. Patients wouldn't be allowed to appeal a state's decision,
though the state would likely quarantine anyone who refused to comply,
triggering an appeals process, Gostin said. States would avoid civil
liberties
violations if they enact laws that spell out penalties such as the loss of
public benefits, instead of incarceration, for patients who refuse
treatment,
said R. Alta Charo, a professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School."

NY Times 11/4/2001 DRUG INDUSTRY A Muscular Lobby Tries to Shape Nation's
Bioterror Plan

."As that success shows, the pharmaceutical lobby, which represents the
nation's biggest drug makers, from Eli Lilly to Pfizer to Merck, is both
large
and politically adroit and, if anything, more sophisticated than when it
gained fame in the early 1990's for helping to defeat the Clinton
administration health plan. It has more lobbyists than there are members of
Congress - 625 who are registered. It had a combined lobbying and campaign
contribution budget in 1999 and 2000 of $197 million, larger than any other
industry. Now it is harnessing those resources to influence major policy
decisions being made by the Bush administration that may well influence
public
health issues and industry profitability for years to come - much to the
dismay of many consumer groups and others...Because of the anthrax scare,
and
all the attention given to Cipro, the anti-anthrax drug of choice, that
access
has been enormous. In recent weeks, the chief executives and other top
executives of Merck, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Bayer, Pfizer, Eli Lilly and
Johnson & Johnson, along with trade association officials, have been meeting
regularly with Bush cabinet members. On one occasion, with executives from
other industries, pharmaceutical executives met with President Bush in New
York to discuss the administration's response to terrorism. Drug company
executives have offered to send scores of industry scientists, now on their
payrolls, to work in government agencies in what the industry calls a gift
to
the nation, but critics say it is both a conflict of interest and a way for
the industry to get a toehold in government. In return, at these top-level
meetings, industry executives and lobbyists are seeking exemption from
antitrust regulations, reduction of the timetable for getting new drugs to
market for treating the ills of biological warfare, and immunity from
lawsuits
for any vaccines they develop to combat bioterrorism. The administration,
those in the meeting say, has offered other help, asking the pharmaceutical
executives to identify the regulatory barriers they would like to see
eliminated for this fight. Last Wednesday, for instance, a dozen industry
lobbyists and executives, among them Peter R. Dolan, chief executive of
Bristol-Myers, and Raymond V. Gilmartin, chief executive of Merck, met for
an
hour and a half in the Roosevelt Room of the White House with Tom Ridge, the
director of homeland security. According to one person at the meeting, Mr.
Ridge was so impressed with what the industry executives said that he
responded: "I'm grateful for your offers of assistance. I accept." That ,
according to the meeting's participant, reflected "a true partnership
between
the federal government and America's pharmaceutical companies."

NY Post 8/28/2001 MAYOR: NO KID SHOTS, NO SCHOOL By CARL CAMPANILE

"August 28, 2001 -- Mayor Giuliani is urging parents of 100,000
seventh-graders to make sure their kids get Hepatitis B vaccination shots
before heading back to school next week - or risk getting kicked out of
class.

"Students who are not vaccinated against Hepatitis B won't be allowed to
attend school," Giuliani said in a public-service announcement. "Please do
this now. Make sure your child is protected against Hepatitis B . . . and is
able to attend seventh grade this fall."...Vaccination requirements have
been
a source of controversy from a small number of parents who refuse to have
their kids immunized for religious or medical reasons. Some parents fear
that
the vaccines are more dangerous than the diseases. But the medical community
and city officials have said vaccination is the best prevention."

[Note: vaccinating kindergarten-age kids against Hepatitis-B makes little
sense even if the vaccine was effective and safe. It is most commonly
transmitted by sexual contact or by sharing a dirty hypodermic needle.]

NY TIMES October 26, 2001 Production of Smallpox Vaccine to Begin by
December

"Tommy G. Thompson, the health and human services secretary, said yesterday
that he expected production of smallpox vaccine to begin by late November or
early December. So far, the government has selected one company, Acambis
(news/quote), a small biotechnology company, to make 54 million doses of
smallpox vaccine. That contract was signed last year, after the government
put
out a bid as part of a program to stockpile drugs against the threat of
bioterrorism, which at the time was considered only a theoretical threat.

Mr. Thompson said yesterday that his staff was reviewing 10 proposals from
other companies that have offered to make an additional 250 million doses of
vaccine. All told, the government plans to have more than 300 million doses
available in 12 months, enough for every American."We believe this will
position our country strongly," Mr. Thompson said yesterday. "We want this
stockpile as soon as possible. Terrorists, if they have this capacity, will
not wait." Mr. Thompson would not disclose the names of the companies
offering
to make the vaccine. But Merck & Company (news/quote), Aventis (news/quote),
GlaxoSmithKline (news/quote) and American Home Products (news/quote), the
nation's four largest vaccine manufacturers, have said they submitted
proposals to do the work. Mr. Thompson has asked Congress for $509 million
to
speed the production of the smallpox vaccine. But it is not clear whether
that
will be enough. In their written proposals, the companies have given
estimates
of what it will cost to make the vaccine. Mr. Thompson's staff said that the
details in those proposals would not be released. Before the Sept. 11
attacks,
few people had heard of Acambis, a company with operations in Cambridge,
Mass., and Cambridge, England. Like many small biotechnology companies,
Acambis is not yet selling any products. But in its laboratory, scientists
are
working on a dozen vaccines that would protect against some of the world's
worst infectious diseases, including yellow fever, dengue fever and the West
Nile virus."

And if you're still considering taking these new vaccines here's some info
from Vaccination Liberation that might change your mind

--------------------------------------------

20 Reasons Not To Take the New Smallpox Vaccine by Amy Worthington

1. George W. Bush has said of smallpox vaccination: "One of my concerns if
we
were to have universal vaccination, some might lose their life." ~The Times
(in London), November 09, 2001

2. For each million people vaccinated with the smallpox vaccine, as many as
250 could die, according to the American Medical Association. Multiply 250
times 285 (millions of Americans) and the possible deaths from universal
smallpox vaccination could equal 71,250. ~ Journal of the American Medical
Association, June 9, 1999, Vol. 281, No. 22, p. 2132

3. "The American Medical Association said on Tuesday it was not in favor of
an
immediate mass U.S. smallpox vaccination program, saying the potential
threat
of a bioterror attack did not warrant inoculating every American against the
disease." ~Reuters, December 12, 2001

4. "Right now the risk of getting the vaccine is higher than the benefit.
You
could get a secondary infection, a full-blown systemic infection." ~Marie
Rau,
Panhandle Health District nurse, quoted by The Spokesman-Review, November
20,
2001

5. CDC director Jeffrey Koplan has admitted that universal smallpox
vaccination could unleash a significant number of side-effects. He said that
because many parts of our population do not have a "robust immune system," a
fair number of people could have serious reactions. ~Koplan speaking on the
PBS special "Bioterror Propaganda" aired by WETA, November 14, 2001

6. If the entire nation were to receive a smallpox vaccine, several thousand
people would likely develop encephalitis, an inflammation of the brain.
~Washington Post, Dec. 26, 2001

7. Roger J. Pomerantz, chief of the infectious disease department at Thomas
Jefferson University in Philadelphia, said that doctors have no idea what
the
smallpox vaccine might do to people at the extremes of life--less than 2 and
older than 65. He said that an even greater concern would be its effect on
people with weakened immune systems from HIV infection, chemotherapy or
transplants. ~Washington Post, Dec. 26, 2001

8. "Researchers have been reluctant to recommend a new vaccination program
which would use the smallpox vaccine for the local population because the
vaccine can cause disease and death in persons with inadequate immune
systems." ~ Science, Vol. 277, July 18, 1997, pp. 312-13.

9. Routine smallpox vaccination in the United States ended in 1972.
Officials
are hesitant to resume the immunizations because the vaccine is the most
reactive of all and has been linked to serious side effects, including
death.
~ Reuters, November 29, 2001.

10. Eight printed pages of medical studies documenting the many serious side
effects of smallpox vaccination can be obtained at:
www.whale.to/vaccines/smallpox.html See "smallpox vaccine adverse reactions
66-76." [Note: go to the home page above and put "smallpox vaccine adverse
reaction" in the search engine.] Repercussions include serious brain and
heart
diseases, autism, abnormal chromosomal changes, diabetes, various cancers
and
leukemias, plus demyelination of nerve tissue years after vaccination.

11. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that vaccination must not be forced on
persons whose physical condition would make such vaccination "cruel and
inhuman." In other words, the state has no right to command that an
individual
sacrifice his life in the name of public health. ~Jacobsen V.
Massachusettes,
197 U.S. 11 (1905).

12. By the 1920s, several British medical researchers documented that
smallpox
was not only more common among the VACCINATED, but that the DEATH RATE from
smallpox was actually higher among those who had been vaccinated. This
indicates that the vaccine was ineffective and predisposed vaccinated
persons
to more lethal disease. ~Vaccination, Dr. Viera Scheibner, Australia, 1993,
pp. 205-220.

13. Getting a vaccination does not guarantee immunity. ~CDC, January 28,
1994.

14. By 1987, scientific evidence indicated that the World Health
Organization's 13-year global smallpox vaccination campaign may have
awakened
dormant HIV infection in many vaccinees. ~Times (in London) May 11, 1987.

15. Vaccines made from animal substrate contain animal viruses that are
impossible to filter out. By 1961, scientists discovered that animal viruses
in vaccines, including smallpox, could act as a carcinogen when given to
mice
in combination with cancer-causing chemicals, even in amounts too small to
induce tumors alone. They concluded that vaccine viruses function as a
catalyst for tumor production. ~Science, December 15, 1961.

16. Some of the new smallpox vaccine doses will be created with animal
substrate. Because the vaccine will incorporate vaccinia, the cowpox virus,
many wonder about possible mad-cow contamination. Fifty-five million doses
of
the new vaccine will be created using a cell line dating back to 1966 and
cultured from the lung tissues of an aborted human fetus. ~World Net Daily,
December 4, 2001.

17. The new smallpox vaccine will be genetically engineered. Many scientists
believe that genetically engineered vaccines may be responsible for the
global
epidemic of auto-immune disease and neurological dysfunction. ~American
College of Rheumatology, annual meeting, Nov. 8-12, 1998. Merck's
genetically
engineered hepatitis B vaccine, Recombivax HB, is a classic example.
According
to Dr. Bonnie Dunbar of Baylor College of Medicine, many thousands of
reported
adverse reactions to the hepatitis B vaccine include: chronic fatigue,
neurological disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and MS-like disease.
~Testimony of Dr. Dunbar to Texas Dept. of Health, March 12, 1999. Over
15,000
French citizens sued the French government to stop mandatory hep B
injections
for school children because of resulting auto-immune diseases. ~Science,
July
31, 1998. Dr. John Classen has published voluminous data showing that the
hepatitis B and other vaccines are closely linked to the development of
insulin dependent diabetes. ~Infectious Diseases in Clinical Practice,
October
22, 1997

18. The British vaccine manufacturer Medeva has a horrendous record of
contamination and blunders. In 2000, the FDA found that Medeva was making
vaccines in conditions of filth, resulting in contaminated products. Medeva
had been illegally using bovine medium to culture its polio vaccines, then
lied about it. Medeva also used the blood of a Creutzfeldt-Jakob victim (mad
cow) to manufacture 83,000 doses of polio vaccine used for (against?) Irish
children. Nevertheless, the FDA allowed the USA to accept Medeva's flu
vaccine
(Fluvirin) for the year 2000. ~London Observer series: October 20-26, 2000

19. In 2001, the British socialized health care system was reported to be in
a
state of collapse, with many hospitals and labs operating in abysmal filth.
Five thousand people die each year from infections contracted in British
hospitals; 10,000 become deathly ill from such infections. Sterilization
procedures are barely adequate and said to be risking the spread of mad cow
disease. Government ministers are reportedly trying to hush up the scandal.
~www.itn.co.uk/ Jan 06, 2001; The Sunday Times of London, November 12, 2001.

20. The U.S. government apparently intends to conduct NO double blind
studies
on the safety and efficacy of the new smallpox vaccine. It has ordered 286
million doses, one for every man, woman and child in America at a cost of
$428
million. At least half of this vaccine will be delivered by Acambis PLC of
great Britain.

Tip of the Week: Keep all vaccine needles away from your body!
