Noticed Something Improper In Household

Hi,
I am writing under an assumed name but my background is that of a Muslim (b=
orn and raised in an Islamic country).

I observed something very odd and very disturbing. I noticed this old lady =
putting a child (an infant of 1 or 2 years old) in between her legs (in the=
loin area) in a most indecent way.=20

She was wearing cloths and was doing something to the child that I did not =
understand. I don't think she was sexually abusing the infant but she was d=
oing some sort of abominable magical act I think. Anyways ever since that d=
ay this lady can make the child cry at her beck and call. She makes the chi=
ld irritable when she wants to, it is almost as if she is controlling the c=
hild. I tried to go to the local Imam to talk to him about what other odd t=
hings were happening (she is doing much worse things to the children) but t=
he Imam refuses to talk to me. He says something about a prayer "that their=
sins be hidden". I know this old lady often prays that her sins be hidden.=
I also end up having strange problems with sleep and pains in the body if =
I approach someone with this problem.

But she does not stop doing sinful things - she just prays that sins be hid=
den and she continues to harm children physically, mentally, psychologicall=
y and in odd magical ways (some other things she does I dare not write abou=
t).=20

Firstly, this lady is the grandmother and she is ruining her daughters' fam=
ilies (she is not as educated as the young generation even though she tried=
to have her daughters married off at a young age). But now her daughters =
are learning abominable things and I saw one of her younger daughters do th=
e same thing to the child. Her husband does similar things to children (but=
I have not see him put the child in inappropriate parts of the body).=20

My question is : what is this lady doing ? is there any literature on what =
she is doing ? is she trying to create some sort of a psychic connection ? =
how to stop her ? and how to keep her away from children (her own and her c=
hildren's children).

This lady uses children to heal herself from disease (I think). I cannot go=
into how she does it but the child ends up with the disease and she ends u=
p looking youthful. I know this sounds fantastical but this terrible destru=
ction of our generation (my generation and my people) goes on and there is =
no one to stop it or protect us ? I have tried the four quls (qul aoozobe r=
abbil falaq etcc + qul aoozobe rabbil naas) but this lady and her husband k=
now a lot more about religion than we do. They have gone several times for =
haj, they constantly pray and recite verses and she carries with her a blac=
k book filled with Quranic ayaths and arabic prayers, strange incantations =
(like "O Adam rise from your grave, O Ibrahim rise from your grave!"). I ha=
ve tried to turn to any religion and any one I can but things are getting w=
orse and worse.=20

The young generation does not deserve this. We do not deserve to suffer lik=
e this. This old grandmother has a bachelors degree and in her day she was =
normal but she was married into a poor family who do all kinds of abominabl=
e magical things and she and her husband now use it against the children an=
d other weaker people.=20

We would like the young generation to get an education (the best and the mo=
st relevant and useful education), we want them to have their own homes and=
cars and families and to lead virtuous lives. These two people are always =
trying to do odd things and hinder and hurt the chances of the children for=
study and advancement. They try to make siblings fight with each other (th=
ey get upset when two siblings are nice to each other, they literally start=
crying with anger and pain when two siblings are just talking to each othe=
r).=20

We deserve to advance and progress like everyone else. We deserve to also b=
ecome modern and prosperous like everybody else. We don't want generation a=
fter generation being destroyed by evil acts and poverty and suffering.
