Looking for Hadith about oppression/dictatorship

Salaam,

I once read a Hadith which I cannot recall or find again.
It was about the prophet calling the reign of an oppressor/dictator
worse (or shorter lasting) than the reign of the Kuffar.

I am not sure whether it is Sahih or of lesser authencity but I would
welcome anyone sending me a link.
