Well, I waited awhile on this to see if anyone would bring it up...
It appears somewhat that there is confusing between "answering prayer"
and "granting prayer". I was taught that God answers prayer, but
sometimes that answer is no. (or sometimes the answer is yes, or wait
a few years, etc) We can not comprehend God's purpose, so it is
reasonable to allow that God's answer to our prayers is different
from what we assume would be God's will.
